Morph FZC LLC (“Morph”, “we”, “us”) operates Pulse at pulse.morph.ae (“Pulse”, “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use Pulse.
By using Pulse, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Morph FZC LLC is the data controller for personal information processed through Pulse, unless we state otherwise in writing.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use Pulse, and limited technical data from your device.
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), company or brand name, and workspace settings.
- Billing details: subscription plan, billing history, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Brand and visibility data: URLs, prompts, competitors, tags, and reports you submit or generate in Pulse.
- Communications: messages you send to support or sales, and optional marketing preferences.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and cookies (see Cookies below).
- Affiliate and referral data: referral codes or campaign parameters when you arrive via a partner link.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve Pulse and related Morph services.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Process subscriptions, trials, invoices, and customer support requests.
- Generate AI visibility reports, tracking, and recommendations you request.
- Send service-related notices (e.g. billing, security, product updates).
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and users.
- With your consent where required, send marketing about Pulse or Morph.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in the UK, EEA, or similar jurisdictions, we rely on: (a) contract — to deliver the Service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests — security, analytics, and product improvement, balanced against your rights; (c) consent — for non-essential cookies and optional marketing; and (d) legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data by law.
6. International transfers
Pulse may be accessed globally. Data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
7. How long we keep data
We retain personal information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and audit. You may request deletion subject to limits in section 8 and applicable law.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email pulse@morph.ae. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Pulse is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on pulse.morph.ae with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
