By using Pulse, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Morph FZC LLC is the data controller for personal information processed through Pulse, unless we state otherwise in writing.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use Pulse, and limited technical data from your device.

  • Account details: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), company or brand name, and workspace settings.
  • Billing details: subscription plan, billing history, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Brand and visibility data: URLs, prompts, competitors, tags, and reports you submit or generate in Pulse.
  • Communications: messages you send to support or sales, and optional marketing preferences.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and cookies (see Cookies below).
  • Affiliate and referral data: referral codes or campaign parameters when you arrive via a partner link.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, and improve Pulse and related Morph services.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Process subscriptions, trials, invoices, and customer support requests.
  • Generate AI visibility reports, tracking, and recommendations you request.
  • Send service-related notices (e.g. billing, security, product updates).
  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and users.
  • With your consent where required, send marketing about Pulse or Morph.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run Pulse:

  • Service providers: hosting, email, analytics, customer support, and payment processing (e.g. Stripe).
  • AI and data partners: when you use features that query third-party AI or search systems, we send only the inputs required for that feature, subject to their policies.
  • Morph group: other Morph entities for internal operations consistent with this policy.
  • Legal and safety: regulators, courts, or advisers when required by law or to protect users and Morph.
  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality and notice where practicable.

6. International transfers

Pulse may be accessed globally. Data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

7. How long we keep data

We retain personal information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and audit. You may request deletion subject to limits in section 8 and applicable law.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email pulse@morph.ae. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Pulse is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and trusted partners use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) to operate Pulse, remember preferences, measure usage, and support marketing where permitted.

  • Strictly necessary: session, authentication, security, and load balancing. These are required for the Service to work.
  • Functional: remember settings such as affiliate referral codes stored locally so attribution persists across pages.
  • Analytics: understand how visitors use pulse.morph.ae (e.g. pages viewed, errors). We aim to minimise identifiable data in analytics.
  • Marketing (if enabled): measure campaign effectiveness. We will not use non-essential marketing cookies without consent where required by law.

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block or delete cookies). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or checkout from working. For Cookie Settings, review this section or contact pulse@morph.ae.

We may update cookie practices; material changes will be reflected in this policy’s “Last updated” date.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on pulse.morph.ae with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
